In spite of our attempt to emphasize the existential philosophy of self-determination, and choice, we cannot help but suspect that we are in the grip of fates which we cannot evade. Finally, we have to confront the reality of our mortality and death. The modern-day hero can struggle to overcome obstacles, placed in his way by destiny or choice, but finally he is defeated by the doom of his own mortality. Humanity is drawn to tragedies, as they reflect man’s eternal quest to rise above his inherent frailty to reach out to the heights – of Olympus or of achievement. We continue to identify with the striving for perfection, and the reality of suffering, in ever yday life. Synthesis of Isopentyl Acetate Via Fischer Esterification Essay Isopentyl acetate, banana oil, is a naturally occurring compound that has a very distinct and recognizable odor. It is most commonly found in bananas but also can be found in other organisms. The purpose of this lab was to synthesize the ester isopentyl acetate via an acid catalyzed esterification (Fischer Esterification) of acetic acid with isopentyl alcohol. Emil Fischer and Arthur Speier were the pioneers of this reaction referred to as Fischer Esterification. The reaction is characterized by the combining of an alcohol and an acid (with an acid catalyst) to yield and ester plus water. In order to accomplish the reaction, the reactants were refluxed for an hour to yield the product. The advantages of using this particular esterification process is that is fairly simple to set up and recreate, as long as the proper acidic conditions are present. Experimental Section: The first step in this experiment was to set up a ring stand which will hold the glassware while the reflux process is occurring. After the ring stand was set up, a heating mantle was placed underneath the round-bottom flask and two rubber hoses were attached to the condensing tube. Now that the instruments were set up, the reagents were ready to be weighed and then added. Approximately 5 ml of isopentyl alcohol was added to a 10 ml graduated cylinder. Next, a 25 ml round bottom flask was placed on a cork ring and then tared on the balance. The alcohol was then added to the flask and the mass was recorded in a notebook. 7 ml of acetic acid was then added to the 10 ml graduated cylinder and then transferred to the 25 ml round bottom flask which already contained the alcohol. Approximately 1 ml of concentrated H2SO4 was added to the 25 ml round bottom flask and the mixture was swirled. Finally, a boiling chip was added to the round bottom flask and the reflux procedure was ready to commence. Water was then circulated through the condenser and the reaction was refluxed for an hour. After an hour went by, the reaction was removed from the mantel, while the condenser still circulated with water, and the mixture was allowed to cool to room temperature. Once cooled, the mixture was then transferred to a separatory funnel using the funnel while avoiding adding the boiling chip. 10 ml of water was then added to the mixture. The mixture was gently shaken and the phases were allowed to separate. The funnel was then unstopped and the lower aqueous phase was drained into a beaker. 5 ml of 5% aqueous NaHCO3 was added and then shaken gently. A great deal of caution was taken into consideration because of the production of carbon dioxide gas which caused pressure to develop inside the funnel. The pressure needed to be released so the funnel was vented frequently. The phases were allowed to separate and the lower aqueous phases was drained into the beaker. After draining, 5 ml of saturated NaCl was added to the funnel and then shaken gently. Once again, the phases were allowed to separate and the lower aqueous phase was drained into a beaker. An ester product was produced and was transferred into a 25 ml Erlenmeyer flask. This organic product was then dried over anhydrous Na2SO4 to trap small amounts of water in its crystal lattices thus removing it from the product. Finally the ester was decanted, so that the drying agent was excluded from the final product. Results and Discussion: Fischer esterification is the primary way of synthesizing this ester. The reactants involved in this reaction are isopentyl alcohol and acetic acid. Fischer esterification is the nucleophilic addition of isopentyl alcohol to the carbonyl group of the protonated acetic acid. Nucleophilic addition is followed by elimination of a proton. An unstable tetrahedral intermediate forms. This intermediate undergoes dehydration and reforms the carbonyl group. Reformation of the carbonyl group forms the isopentyl acetate. The driving force behind the mechanism of this reaction is the acidic environment. Conclusion: Fischer esterification is a very simple and useful method that anyone with a slight knowledge of chemistry could accomplish. It is widely utilized throughout the world of chemistry and can be used to produce many products, including isopentyl acetate.

In most of the modern societies an electoral process is considered an important symbol of the democracy that represents the concept of freedom of choice and fairness. The UK coalition government is now facing the need to reform the process by choosing between FPTP system and AV. As the final decision can affect the whole society, it is necessary to carefully analyze advantages and disadvantages of both systems. FPTP allows a candidate to win by the majority of the votes. It is a straightforward system that requires comparatively simplified procedures. In addition, it usually provides stable and strong one-party government. Also, elected party usually governs effectively and carries on the manifesto promises. Another advantage is a good-organized constituency link between MPs and their constituents. They can easily contact their MP to have support (Coxall et al. 2003, Jones and Norton 2010). Finally, FPTP tent to limit extremist parties like fascist, racist and other â€Å"hate† parties, for example British National Party. However, there are several disadvantages that should be considered. The most important weakness and the major criticism of FPTP system is ‘wasted votes’ issue (Lowe et al. 2010, p.115). For instance, in 2005 the UK General Election 65% of overall votes was wasted (BBC news 2005). Each vote is significant as it affects final results. Moreover, wasted votes lead to depressed turnout. Less people are willing to vote as they think their votes are not counted or make no change because there is a constantly winning party called ‘Safe seat’. In the last election, for instance, many people wanted to vote for Liberal-Democrats party, ‘safe seats’ and wasted votes dissuaded them to do it (Lowe et al. 2010, Jones and Norton ... ...h, the problem of wasted votes and disproportional allocation become more serious year by year (P. Whiteley 2010). The statistics show that turn out in UK is increasing from 2001 year coming to the level of 65.1%. In addition, elections require huge spending from the government and parties (UK political Info 2010a, 2010b, Jones and Norton 2010). As UK government is currently facing a need to cut the budget up to 40%, AV is not a useful method (Pollwatch 2010, J. Bingham 2010). To sum up, AV system adoption is a quite controversial question. Although AV system is solving some problems of FPTP system and providing fairer conditions for candidates and electors, adoption of this system can be quite difficult for the UK Coalition Government in term of budget and time spent. In my opinion, it is better to remain current election system as careful analysis is required.

To say, therefore, that libraries are important in a student’s life is an understatement. As such, schools should make sure that students have constant access to the libraries even while at home. The North Central University is one of the many schools in the country that offers online access to its library. Students are able to search for resources that they need to complete their works even while not at the campus. They can talk to a librarian if they wish to. They can refer to guides if they encounter difficulty in using the online library or if they are confused in the writing process and cannot finish their research. The best feature of the university’s website is the abundance of resources it can provide for its students because of the numerous databases that it can access. The login page of the university is simple in that it does not require the students to search the page just to be able to log in properly. The login page also has options for first time users who have no account yet, for students who have forgotten their passphrase, and for those who need to reset their passphrases. An option to remember the user is also available on the page. The login button will take the student to the main page of the university’s website, which is the Learner Portal. Here, the student will be able to view his or her messages, announcements, and important events through the calendar. The portal has links to several other features, which include the library, writing center, and university documents. Clicking on the link for the library will direct the student to the main page of the North Central University online library. There are several options available for students in this area. One can ask a librarian about the availability of certain books. Students can search multiple databases for scholarly references. There are also guides in which students can refer themselves to if they have a hard time writing their researches. To perform a search that will yield scholarly references, students must click the NCU databases link and select their choice of database from here. The databases include EBSCOhost, LexisNexis Academic, ProQuest, and Sage. The database chosen for this activity was ProQuest, and the topic that searched was â€Å"ethical leadership in the 21st century. † Before performing the search however, there was an instruction to select the option â€Å"Database selected† so that the students will have the opportunity to select only the databases that are relevant to the search. The pre-determined databases include Career and Technical Education, Dissertations and Theses, ProQuest Computing, ProQuest Education Journals, and Research Library. The results of the search yielded seven documents from which only three were relevant. Among these three, only two was able to give full access to the document. The subjects that these documents fell under include counseling, organization behavior, anthropology, business ethics, psychiatry, and information science. Of these, only two were relevant to the topic being searched. The chosen citation reviewed was the one with the latest date of publication entitled â€Å"The Ethical Grounding to 21st Century Public Leadership. † There was a little difficulty experienced while searching for the author link because the document was full-text PDF format, which does not contain any links to the author. This was resolved by clicking the option to view the abstract of the document where the author’s name was hyperlinked to his other works. This particular document had two authors. Clicking the link for the first author (Niel R. Vance) gave five documents and only one was related to the original document because it discussed applied ethics. The second author (Brett V. Trani) did not have any other work aside from this document. Because there were only three relevant documents related to the search terms, another search was performed. This time, the word â€Å"21st† was replaced with â€Å"twenty first. † This yielded five results, two of which were relevant. The ProQuest database is user oriented in that it provides a Help link for people to find ways to enhance their search process. At the beginning of the search, the Help option allows students to learn how to improve their search. Students will learn how to limit their searches or exclude other options to refine their search. This would lead to better results and would take the students less effort when searching for their resources. Another Help link is also available after a search is completed. This will teach students how to read and mark a document, cite the document properly, and filter or sort the results. The database can also suggest topics and publications that are related to the student’s keywords. Overall, ProQuest excels in trying to provide scholarly and useful resources for the students of North Central University. The results were very relevant and close to the terms that were used to search the database. There were many helpful hints throughout the website for students to use so that they can experience the best while searching. These tips were also significant because the students are able to apply them in their papers, which would mean that they would commit fewer errors in their works. There was also an option for students to email a specific article if they want to share what they have found in their search. The references that the document used can also be viewed by the student to see if there are relevant information that can be used for his or her work. The experience provided new insights in performing searches. Although it was relatively easy, students need to know some tricks to yield better results like changing some keywords or using the suggested topics that the database provides. There is no doubt that technology has a big impact on everyone’s lives nowadays. Educational institutions have to keep up with the changing of times to meet the needs of their students even if it means having to set up websites and online libraries, and acquiring huge databases for their students. Online libraries are important because this would provide students reliable sources for their papers. This is in contrast to Internet articles that are freely available on the World Wide Web but are sometimes misleading and are questionable in terms of the content and the authority of the person who wrote it. While not all that can be found on the Internet is unreliable, it is better for students to not take the risk, especially if it is their grades that are on the line. Only trusted information should be used when doing academic research papers unless otherwise indicated by professors and instructors. It is essential to mention that students need to learn how to distinguish reliable sources from those that cannot be trusted. The new graduate nurses (NGN) are faced with various issues and challenges especially in their first year of nursing practice. The period of transition from a student to a graduate nurse is a demanding period that is filled with new experiences and there are several concerns and factors that can affect the transition process. The research into the issues has recommended some strategies that can be utilised to ease the transition process from being a student to a professional practicing nurse.Exhaustion, reality shock and time management are some of the actors and issues that the new graduate might encounter during their first year in their career. There are several recommended programs, which have been developed to address the issues that influence the transition period such as mentoring, support networks and time management planners. This essay will discuss in detail the range of issues, as well as the strategies and resources to facilitate the adjustment to the new role of a new re gistered nurse. Romyn et al. 2009) states some factors that influence the transition period from a student to a graduate nurse and how quickly newly graduate nurses are able to emonstrate mastery of their new role including personal qualities of the individual registered nurse such as age, previous work experience, maturity and aspirations. It was found that students who have worked as nursing assistants seemed to do better in their role as they had early hands-on experience. Other factors include the quality of educational preparation received during their pre-registration nursing program and the period of clinical experiences.Also, the duration and quality of transition programs for new graduates which is provided by institutions of employment, the ttitudes and behavior of the more experienced nurses in employing institutions as well as the demands been placed on the registered nurse in clinical situations (Chang & Daly, 2012). Fink, Krugman, Casey and Goode (2008) found that the transition of graduate nurses from a student into a professional practice setting is a concern, which is long- standing and widely recognised as a period of stress, reality shock and role adjustment.This is often due to the fact the students are been observed by a nurse when performing clinical tasks. Once the student graduates, they experience reality shock, when they try to adjust to their new role. Reality shock is a term used to describe a gap between what the students are taught to expect, and what is actually experienced during their early stages of work and often the shock occurs when the new graduate nurses discover it difficult to integrate the knowledge obtained in the university into their daily protessional practice.Moreover they discover there is a theory- practice gap as the theory they have been taught in lectures differs to the theory required in a clinical setting (Vieira da Silva et al. , 2010). Duclos-Miller (2011) identified that role stress, role overload and role ambiguity all contribute to transition issues. Role stress is the incongruence between perceived xpectations, role and achievements, which occurs due to the status change from a student to graduate nurse.Furthermore, difficulty experienced from the challenges of the new role, such as lack of consistent and clear information about the behavior expected from them, lack of clearly specified responsibilities, lack of confidence, as well as coping with th e beginning level of competence as a registered nurse (Duclos- Miller, 2011). Role ambiguity is the lack of information needed for role definition and behavior that is expected in their new role, which includes the psychological, social aspects of role performance.Whereas, role overload includes learning of new roles, difficulty with time management and prioritising task. In order for the factors and issues that surround the transition from a student to a graduate nurse to b e addressed, certain strategies needs to be implemented that can ease the transition period.An Important strategy that can be implemented to assist the graduate nurses to assimilate into a professional working environment is a graduate program. It will aid to build the confidence of the new graduate nurse hrough the provision of support and mentorship during their period of adjustment, and assist the new nurse to assimilate into the hospital environment, think critically and problem solve which will allow the graduates to deal with obstacles encountered in patient care and prepare them for a lifelong learning and also help them in the integration of theory to practice (Davey & Vittrup, 2009).The creation of formal preceptor and mentorship is an effective strategy to facilitate a successful transition. A preceptor is an assigned role in which a capable employee assists with the development and orientation of the new graduate; they are usually esponsible for evaluation and supervising the work of the preceptee. However, a mentor actively supports the graduate nurse with personal and career development, personal support, counseling and acceptance. Also, they help the novice nurse to raise their confidence and recognise their limitations.In addition, mentors help novice nurses in setting realistic goals by recommending appropriate courses of action (Ellis & Hartley, 2012). NGN require resources and information that are designed to facilitate their adjustment in a clinical area, which will enable them to gain skills and knowledge to perform satisfactorily in their Job. Black Boy Essays (1138 words) - Discrimination, Hatred, Racism Black Boy One main point of the United States Constitution was missing from the Jim Crow South: equality. The Constitution clearly states that all men are created equal, but in the Jim Crow era, blacks were continuously persecuted for something that would be acceptable today. During slavery the South was a place of racial prejudice, discrimination, and hate. Blacks could be punished for simply looking at a white person the wrong way. Punishments included arrests, beatings, even lynchings were a common part of the age. Blacks in this time were considered second class citizens and had basically no rights what so ever. Blacks that Richard knew, dealt with racism in different ways. One way that Richards friend Griggs dealt with racism was to learn to act how whites wanted him to. He wouldnt do anything to make white people mad. Some advice that Griggs gave to Richard was to, learn how to live in the South (217). He told him to get out of white peoples way and to not make them mad. Griggs main advice was to act like a black boy is suppose to. Another person who had to deal with racism was the hotel maid at Richards old job at a hotel. She was walking out of the hotel with Richard and a white security guard grabbed her butt. Even though she knew exactly what happened, she just kept on walking. Richard asked her, How could you let him do that (234). She replied, It dont matter. They do that all the time (234). The hotel maid had encountered this abuse a lot so she was used to it, knowing if she spoke up she would be punished. Richard wanted to do something but she just told him, You woulda been a fool if you had done something (234). By this she meant to let whites do whatever they pleased. Shorty, an elevator operator, dealt with racism in a different way. As he was working the elevators one day, a white man got on. In desperate need of a quarter for lunch, he asked the white man for one. The white man refused, so Shorty stopped the elevator. He wouldnt go to the mans floor until he gave him a quarter. Shorty pulled down his pants and told him he could kick him in the butt for 25 cents. The guy did and gave the money to Shorty. Richard, who was on the elevator observing everything that had happened, said, A quarter cant pay you for what he did to you (270). Shorty just replied Yeah but my ass is tough and quarters are scarce (270). Shorty is a daring boy and he would do what ever it takes to get ahead in life. On the other hand Richard himself coped with racism in many different ways. One racist situation that Richard encountered was when he was suppose to read his valedictorian speech at his graduation. A couple of days before Richards graduation the principle of Richards school called him in to his office. The principle gave Richard a prepared speech to read for the graduation. Richard explained to him that he had already wrote a speech. The principle told him, Listen boy, your going to speak to both white and colored people that night. What can you alone think of saying to them (206). Angered, Richard responded, The people are coming to hear the students and I wont make a speech that youve written (206). The thought of not reading a speech that Richard wrote was terrible to Richard. He wanted to read his own speech so he could feel pride in something that he worked hard on. Another situation that Richard had to cope with racism was when he worked in a clothing store. He saw his boss and his bosses son beat a black woman half to death. He didnt have much options but to sit there and continue doing his job. When Richard witnessed this he was outside on the sidewalk. I watched out of the corner of my eyes, but I never slackened the strokes of my chamois upon the brass (212), he described. He thought it was right to sit their and not act on anything that

Green card para familiar indocumentado de militar (PIP) El parole in place (PIP, por sus siglas en inglà ©s)  es un camino poco conocido que permite obtener la tarjeta de residencia, tambià ©n conocida como green card, a migrantes indocumentados que son  familiares inmediatos de  ciudadanos  militares, reservistas o  veteranos. Cuando una persona decide alistarse en el Ejà ©rcito, toma en consideracià ³n un conjunto de factores, como servir a su paà ­s, y tambià ©n por supuesto quà © beneficios e incentivos puede lograr en esa profesià ³n. Entre los beneficios destacan los migratorios que son de especial interà ©s para las personas que son inmigrantes o que tienen familiares que lo son. En este artà ­culo se explica  un beneficio migratorio concreto: el parole in place:  Ã‚  quià ©nes aplica el PIP, cules son los trmites, cules pueden ser los problemas que pueden surgir  y quà © opciones existen para los migrantes que no pueden beneficiarse. Quià ©nes se pueden beneficiar de la medida del parole in place (PIP) Para solicitar con à ©xito es necesario cumplir los siguientes requerimientos: En primer lugar, estar  calificado por las leyes migratorias dentro de la categorà ­a de familiar inmediato de un ciudadano estadounidense. Esto quiere decir que se tiene que ser: cà ³nyuge. Se admiten tanto los matrimonios heterosexuales como los homosexuales.padre, o madrehijo soltero que adems debe ser menos de 21 aà ±os. En segundo lugar, la persona interesada en obtener el PIP  tiene que estar presente en Estados Unidos. No aplica a las personas que se encuentran en otro paà ­s. En tercer lugar, estos  migrantes indocumentados  no pueden regularizar  su situacià ³n a pesar de ser familiares inmediatos de un ciudadano. La razà ³n es porque entraron a Estados Unidos sin ser inspeccionados, es decir, cruzando la frontera ilegalmente por un lugar que no era la Aduana y, por lo tanto, no autorizà ³ su entrada un oficial de Inmigracià ³n.   En otras palabras, los familiares inmediatos de ciudadano pero que ingresaron a los Estados Unidos legalmente pero que despuà ©s se convirtieron en indocumentados porque no salieron del paà ­s cuando debà ­an hacerlo no tienen que recurrir al PIP. La razà ³n es que para ellos es posible ajustar su estatus, es decir, arreglar los papeles sin salir de Estados Unidos si ese es el à ºnico problema que existe en su rà ©cord migratorio. En cuarto lugar, el à ºnico problema migratorio que se tiene es que se ha ingresado ilegalmente. Esto lo hay que tener muy claro porque el PIP no aplica si hay otros problemas. Y en quinto  y à ºltimo lugar, el migrante indocumentado para el que se pide el PIP  tiene que ser el familiar inmediato de un militar ciudadano americano  en activo en cualquiera de las ramas del Ejà ©rcito Americano. Tambià ©n se admite para los familiares de un Reservista, incluidos los de la Guardia Nacional, o de un veterano. Cà ³mo se aplica para recibir el  parole in place (PIP) Para obtener la green card por medio del PIP  para familiares inmediatos de ciudadanos que son militares se necesita seguir dos trmites distintos: en primer lugar el de solicitud del PIP y, una vez que se obtiene la aprobacià ³n, entonces se debe proseguir al segundo paso, pidiendo el ajuste de estatus. Por lo tanto, para cumplir con el requerimiento de solicitud del PIP es necesario enviar los siguientes documentos al director de la oficina del Servicio de Ciudadanà ­a e Inmigracià ³n (USCIS, por sus siglas en inglà ©s) que corresponda segà ºn el lugar de residencia del extranjero que pide el beneficio. La planilla I-131 debidamente llenada. El documento se llama Application for Travel Document. A pesar del nombre, es el que hay que cumplimentar. A diferencia de lo que ocurre en otros casos, cuando se est solicitando una parole in place por ser familiar directo de un militar o veterano no hay que pagar cuota.Evidencia de la relacià ³n de familia entre el inmigrante y el militar o veterano, como certificado de matrimonio, acta de nacimiento, etc. I.D. militar, DEERS, etc.  Enviar fotocopia legible, no original.Prueba de que el militar, veterano o reservista realmente lo es. Para este caso enviar una fotocopia de ambas caras de la tarjeta de identificacià ³n militar. Acreditacià ³n de la ciudadanà ­a estadounidense del militar.   Dos fotos del inmigrante que sean  idà ©nticas, tipo pasaporte Documentos de cualquier tipo que puedan ayudar a que el oficial de inmigracià ³n que debe tomar una decisià ³n sobre el caso lo adopte favorablemente. Todos los documentos mencionados necesitan ser presentados. Adems, con carcter voluntario y sà ³lo en los casos en los que proceda, una carta escrita por el ciudadano americano en la que se describe la situacià ³n que el estatus migratorio del familiar puede estarle causando. En este caso, aportar la documentacià ³n que sirva para acreditar lo que se afirma. La declaracià ³n debe ir firmada, fechada e incluir direccià ³n y telà ©fono del militar. Finalmente, si la relacià ³n entre el militar y el migrante para el que se solicita el PIP es que son cà ³nyuges, entonces tambià ©n es recomendable aportar documentacià ³n que sirva para probar que el matrimonio es de buena fe, es decir, de los de verdad y no solo contraà ­do con la intencià ³n de obtener papeles. Si la peticià ³n del PIP es aprobada, se recibir una tarjeta que se conoce como I-94. Eso es la prueba de que se puede continuar y pedir un ajuste de estatus mediante la planilla I-485  para obtener la green card. Incluir pago y toda la documentacià ³n de apoyo, incluida la que sirva para probar que se ha recibido la aprobacià ³n del PIP. Quà © puede pasar cuando se solicita una parole in place (PIP) La PIP  se concede en casos muy excepcionales. Pero por orden del gobierno de los Estados Unidos desde noviembre de 2013 se conceder en la mayorà ­a de los casos a aquellas personas que son familiares directos (esposos, padres o hijos) de un militar, reservista o veterano. Es posible incluso solicitar el PIP cuando se tiene iniciado en contra un procedimiento de deportacià ³n o se tiene una orden ya dictada.   Pero sà ³lo en los casos en los que el problema migratorio està © causado por haber ingresado ilegalmente. En todo caso es necesario que el inmigrante para el que se solicita no tenga un rà ©cord criminal u otros problemas de inadmisibilidad. Tener en cuenta que en todo este proceso se va a tener que decir la verdad sobre arrestos, imputaciones, condenas, violaciones migratorias, falsedades que se han cometido al llenar documentos oficiales, nà ºmero de veces en las que se intentà ³ ingresar ilegalmente sin à ©xito a los Estados Unidos y problemas migratorios que causa el hecho de ingresar a Estados Unidos, quedarse ms de un aà ±o, salir, y volver a ingresar ilegalmente. En cualquiera de estos casos es necesario consultar con un abogado antes de enviar la aplicacià ³n. No olvidar que el PIP es discrecional, es decir, el gobierno no est obligado a aprobarlo. Y si no se aprueba se le ha dicho a las autoridades migratorias donde reside un migrante indocumentado con serios problemas migratorios. Dà ³nde buscar ms informacià ³n y asistencia Los militares tienen oficinas dedicadas a resolver dudas migratorias y ayudar con la papelerà ­a. Preguntar en el lugar donde se est estacionado. Adems, el militar, reservista o veterano (pero no su pariente que est ilegalmente en Estados Unidos) pueden solicitar una cita con el USCIS utilizando el sistema InfoPass para ayudar a resolver sus dudas, segà ºn las especificaciones del caso. Si se est en situacià ³n de indocumentado y no se califica para esta medida, verificar si es posible hacerlo a travà ©s de alguno de estos caminos para la regularizacià ³n.  Es muy importante conocer quà © es realmente posible y quà © no y evitar ser và ­ctima de un fraude migratorio.   Cambios recientes PIP es una medida de alivio que aprobà ³ el presidente Barack Obama al igual que  DACA clsico, tambià ©n conocida como la Accià ³n Diferida,  sà ­ que est en vigor y se puede aplicar si se cumplen los requisitos.
